I bought a vehicle from them in 2023!! a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500... I immediately had problems with the door panel on the left driver side. it started falling off. I brought it back there and they drilled it to the door for me thanks... but what they don't tell you is all already existing problems when you buy car/truck from a place like this is. I bought a vehicle from them in 2023!! a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500... I immediately had problems with the door panel on the left driver side. it started falling off. There seems is rust rotting out on the rear of the frame and it's going to cost me another two grand to have that patched I've spent over well over $6,000 on this car for repairs... The blower motor went out. the transmission was expensive as shit. I've had to change the back drum brakes and of course the front disc brakes and that's could be considered normal maintenance put new rotors on it, battery and wiring, rear differential an I'm still paying on the loan from the 3 years ago at 40% interest. Some things do go out after a couple years but I've only had the truck for a couple years it is not worth it to buy from a place like this with no guarantees or warranties... unless it's fully inspected including the frame for rust. I would talk them down any price that they try to sell you the vehicle for. If I would have known this truck would have been a money pit I'd never would have bought it

Very personable, but after receiving 3 letters from different credit unions that PAW finances thru, my credit score dropped TREMENDOUSLY! ALWAYS let someone know before you do a credit check!

BE very very cautious buying from them and do your due diligence. Purchased a 2006 chevy silverado from them in January. They claim to sell vehicles that are safety inspected with minor problems that might need a little work. The morning after i purchased the truck it wouldn’t start. Had to pay $150 bucks to get it towed to a shop and another $500 to get the battery, lines, and starter replaced. I drove the truck for two weeks before a terrible grinding and shaking occurred. The transfer case and zero fluid in it and tore itself apart. I spent $2000+ dollars getting replaced. Took it to MTH to see what they would offer me out of curiosity. They offered me $500 on a truck they sold to be for with 2,000 less miles, a bad starter, a bad battery, a bad transfer case for $6000. That to me does not seem to be the integrity that they claim are their core values. Minor problems should not include $1000 repairs just to get it running. They get you to sign a bunch of stuff saying you buy as is and left me with money pit and no real way to get out of this unfortunate situation. I hope no other person has to go through this so please do you due diligence, get the car inspected, look at the updated carfax etc. Please be careful.

Folks, you absolutely want to stay away from this place. This review is meant to save you money. You must absolutely buy your vehicle at another location. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Trax for $8000. Within the first week of buying the vehicle I had to put in over $2000 worth of repairs to make it safe to drive. Had I not caught that the coolant was leaking massively (one of the repairs) the vehicle would have overheated (when I caught it it was dangerously low on coolant) and possibly destroyed the vehicle. The more expensive repair was the oil was heavily leaking due to a failed oil filter housing. Two major mechanical failures. The folks there were friendly no doubt. I thought they were very nice. The sales associate Jared Hennigs was friendly, but misleading. He told me multiple times. Over and over. "This is a good vehicle." "We haven't had any problems with it." "The only thing wrong with it is the TPSM monitor and that's like a $100 fix" It is shameful to sell a vehicle in this condition while looking a customer in the eye and claiming it has "no problems." These are not minor used car quirks. These are catastrophic failures. For Jared to look me in the eye and claim this car had "no real problems" is either gross incompetence or deliberate dishonesty. Essentially, fraudulent misrepresentation. Being nice does not make up for selling a customer a vehicle that is mechanically unsound. As part of Minnesota Truck Headquarters, this location should have the resources and standards to properly inspect their inventory. It is disappointing to see such a well-known dealership group selling a vehicle with major undisclosed mechanical failures. Their reputation led me to expect quality, but the vehicle I received suggests their inspection process is either nonexistent or completely ineffective. Folks, you absolutely must buy your vehicle someplace else. What they did to me wasn't right. It was downright wrong. Shameful. Disrespectful. Folks, buy a certified vehicle from someplace else. This is not the place to buy a used vehicle. I encourage anyone else who has had the experience I have with them to file a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General's office.

Kept in contact with this dealership for a week, they pulled our credit, we consistently asked for updates, they told us the car was being looked at. 15 Minutes after they got the car back from being looked at they sold it to someone else. The way they do business is extremely frustrating and unfair.
